How much is delivery? Pricing depends on the volume of your order and your location. Add the items you would like to your cart and go to checkout. Prices will be shown at the end. Our online postage prices are based on delivery with Australia Post. Delivery is so expensive! Can you help? If our delivery costs are looking a bit high, please email us! We have multiple couriers on hand that we can have a look at for you. International orders outside of Australia - Please email us with your order for a delivery quote. Pricing on our website may be exaggerated. |
Collections |
Can I pick up my order? Our warehouse is not open for visits however our sister store in Prahran 3181 is offering their space for pick ups. Please note they do not stock any of our range, they are purely helping with collections. Orders need to be placed via email (sales@crinklepack.com.au). Due to limited space, store details will only be emailed when the order is ready and a time for collection is organised. Processing times apply (see below). |

When will I receive my order? When your payment has been confirmed, our processing time begins. Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched and the transit time will depend on your location and delivery service chosen. Summary: Order confirmation: Order and payment received Current Processing Time: ~2-5 business days Processing time applies to all orders (Including both standard and express delivery) This does not include the time spent in transit/delivery. See below for transit times. Processing includes manufacturing, picking, packing, and preparing the order for dispatch. Larger orders may require additional time. Deadlines: If you have a deadline, please advise us prior to placing an order so we can best accommodate. Rush service fee may apply (especially during peak dates and holidays). See below. |

How do I get I my order ASAP? For prioritisation of your order and a guaranteed completion date, our rush fee applies: Orders under $100 = $30 rush fee This fee is for our team to stop the current process and production to prioritise your order. This may also mean longer hours or more staff on hand to ensure we are able to process your order on time. Contact us to add this service to your order. Note: Rush fee does not include delivery cost or delivery time guarantee. Cut-off time differs depending on your order size. |

What delivery companies do you use? By default, Australia Post is used for most orders. Other delivery services we use are Star Track, Couriers Please, TNT, Northline, local couriers, etc. In some instances, we may alter the delivery company to best suit the parcel size and delivery destination without notice. If a particular delivery company is of importance please contact us so we can advice the best option. |
